Hi, I’m Lydia Maksymuk,

I work with women who look capable and put together on the outside but privately feel disconnected from their partner, their body, and the version of themselves who used to feel alive.

Many of the women I work with are struggling with changes in desire that leave them feeling confused, frustrated, ashamed, or wondering what happened to them. They've tried improving communication, making more time for connection, working through it in therapy, or pushing themselves harder, yet the problem persists.

What they often discover is that they've been trying to solve a psychological problem with relationship advice, mindset work, and therapy.

A body that has adapted to running on stress for years does not suddenly switch into connection, pleasure, and desire because you scheduled a date night or communicated better.

My work focuses on helping women understand the physiological and nervous system patterns that can develop after years of chronic stress and high-functioning burnout so they can stop blaming themselves, gain clarity around what's actually happening in their bodies, and understand why this often isn't a relationship issue, a mindset issue, or something that can be solved through more effort alone.
